The Hays City Commission will be attending a legislative dinner in Topeka at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Blue Moose restaurant, 3030 SW Wanamaker, Topeka.

The commissioners will be discussing the Hays and Russell project to the develop the R9 Ranch in Edwards County as a long-term regional water supply with area legislators. 

This is not a formal meeting, and no action will be taken.
