A joint inspection found three violations.
- In the middle Saturn single-door refrigeration unit, there was a covered tray of raw hamburger patties that were being stored on a wire rack directly over a covered container of mustard. No evidence of leaking was observed.
- In the milk cooler, there was an opened milk carton that had no date of when it was opened. In the first Saturn single-door refrigerator, there was a covered pot of green bean dumpling soup with no date of when it was cooked.
- In the third Saturn single-door refrigerator, there was an opened Coconut Cream Pie and an opened Lemon Cream Pie that did not have the date of when they were opened.
