 Monday, the city’s contractor, J Corp, will be doing 
waterline work in the 400 block of East 19th Street. &nbsp;

The street will 
remain open to traffic; however, there may be temporary restrictions as 
construction progresses. &nbsp;Work should be completed by March 13. &nbsp;
