A routine inspection found three violations.
- In the three-door refrigeration unit, there was an opened container of milk that did not have a date of when it was opened.
- The establishment did not have any type of test strips for the sanitizing solution.
- On the counter next to the south two-door Coke cooler there was a spray bottle that held a blue liquid with no label present.

A routine inspection found three violations.
- In the three-door True refrigeration unit, there were three covered full sheet pans that were being stored on a wire rack directly above four containers of covered salad dressings. No evidence of leaking was observed.
- In the drawer next to the fryers there were three of six rubber spatulas that had imperfections present along the rubber heads.
- On the shelf directly next to the flat top grill there was a manual vegetable cutter that had dried food residue present.

A routine inspection found two violations.
- In the Hobart three-door refrigerator there was a container of made-in-house gravy (2/10/20) and made-in-house ranch dressing (2/12/20) held for over seven days.
- The cover guard on the stand mixer has several deep cracks and imperfections present along the base and edges of the guard. This guard can have direct contact with food.

An inspection following a modified complaint found one violation.
- On the retail side of the establishment, there were three cans of Media Crema Table Cream with Class 2 dents on the pop-top can. There were also two cans of evaporated milk and a can of diced tomatoes that had Class 2 dents on the seams of these cans.
