Cheryl G. Keener, 59, passed away Friday, February 21, 2020, at Hays 
Medical Center, Hays. She was born September 21, 1960, at Great Bend, 
the daughter of Allan and Sharon (Foos) Roach. Cheryl was united in 
marriage to Thomas Keener April 1, 1984, in Larned.

Cheryl, a Great Bend resident, was a long-time manager of Zip Stop, 
Ellinwood, more recently working at Sutherlands in Great Bend. Cheryl 
was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband Thomas Keener of the home; two sons, 
Chris Keener and wife Ecco, and Kevin Keener both of Great Bend; two 
grandchildren, Jonathan P. and Temperance N. Keener. She was preceded in
 death by her parents Allan and Sharon Roach, and two brothers, Samuel 
and Bradley Roach.

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held later.

Memorials may be given to the Cheryl Keener Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
