GOVE COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just after 6 p.m. Wednesday in Gove County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1998 Ford Explorer driven by Jolyne C. Nickle, 63, Fremont, Utah, was westbound on Interstate 70 two miles east of the Oakley exit.
The SUV left the roadway, entered the north ditch, overturned, struck a post and a KDOT fence.
EMS transported Nickle to the Logan County Hospital. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
