Mary L. Dawson, 54, La Crosse, Kansas, died Friday, February 14, 2020, at her home.
Mary was born July 27, 1965, in Lamar, Colorado, the daughter of Cecil and Joyce (Green) Ingman. She was a resident of Rush County, Kansas, for 30+ years. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the First Christian Church, La Crosse, Kansas.
Survivors include: her spouse, Rick Depperschmidt, La Crosse, Kansas; four daughters, Sara Williams (Joshua, Centralia, Washington, Amy Shaw (Patrick, La Crosse, Kansas, Anna Depperschmidt (fiancé, Philip Ramirez, Hays, Kansas, and Elizabeth; one step daughter, Meghan Detlefson (David Jeakins, Gypsum, Kansas; two grandchildren, Desara Allhouse, and Emily Williams; six step grandchildren, London Detlefson, Michael Detlefson, Nathan Detlefson, Evean Detlefson, Payton Jeakins, and Avery Jeakins; one brother, Jimmy Owens, Puerto Rico; two sisters, Lola Dick, Yuma, Arizona, and Vivian Trigg, Larned, Kansas; and her mother in law, Mary L. Depperschmidt.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Mary Jo Walker.
Per Mary’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation.
The family will conduct a memorial service Saturday, February 22, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. at the First Christian Church, La Crosse, Kansas, with Pastor Mark Sizemore officiating.
