
AGRA – At approximately 1 p.m. Saturday, Phillips County Sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant at 212 W. First in Agra, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
James Woodyard, 37, Agra, was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug tax stamp pending.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Another subject present at the time will be referred to the Phillips County Attorney to determine charges.
