Beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, the 2900 block of Skyline Drive will be closed to through traffic for pavement repairs. Repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, Jan. 24, weather permitting. 

The city of Hays regrets any inconvenience this may cause to the public.
