Phillipsburg resident Wanda L. Driggs passed away Jan. 12, 2020 at her home in Phillipsburg at the age of 63.&nbsp; She was born Nov. 3, 1956, the daughter of Warren &amp; Alice (Ashley) Cotten.

Survivors include her husband Bill of the home in Phillipsburg; her sons, Henry Bohl of Phillpsburg &amp; Rocky Driggs of Smith Center; 2 brothers, Dale Cotten of Logan &amp; Bob Cotten of Goodland; 2 sisters, Irene Elliott of Lenora &amp; Phyllis Backus of Colby &amp; 4 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thurs. Jan. 16 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg with Pastor James Peterson officiating.&nbsp; Burial will follow in the First Lutheran Cemetery, Stuttgart.&nbsp;

Memorial contributions may be made to the Remembering Ron Schneider Cancer Memorial or Hospice Services.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 Tuesday &amp; 9:00 to 9:00 Wed. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wed. evening.&nbsp;
