Thomas More Prep-Marian, 1701 Hall, will hold a crisis evacuation drill between 8 a.m. and noon Thursday.
"This is a training drill only with the cooperation of TMP-M and Hays Police Department. You might see students and staff in the area of the TMP-M campus and the former Kennedy Middle School," the school said in a news release. "TMP-M appreciates your cooperation and our training in your area should not impede your daily activities. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Located in Hays, Thomas More Prep-Marian is a Catholic school serving grades 7-12. Students come from Hays, the surrounding region, and from countries around the world. The school was founded by the Capuchin Franciscans as Hays Catholic College in 1908 and ultimately became Thomas More Prep-Marian in 1981. The school continues to serve young people in the traditions of spiritual growth, academic excellence and leadership formation.
