RUSSELL - Russell County Economic Development & CVB is taking applications for the 2020 Storefront/Signage Grant Program.
This program offers a $2,000 grant towards projects totaling $4,000 or more that include the development or improvement of business storefronts and/or business signage and was designed to help create or enhance the promotion and physical appearance of businesses in Russell County.
A maximum of 7 projects totaling $14,000 are available per year and are funded by the half-cent sales tax for economic development and capital improvements.
Applications are available at https://www.russellcountyks.org/resources and are due to the office by Friday January 3rd, 2020. Applications are reviewed by a committee of professionals outside of the county.
