Mary Magdeline Teeter, 90, of Grinnell, died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2019 at the Gove County Medical Center LTC, Quinter. She was born Nov. 8, 1929, in Granite, Okla., to Clarence and Elizabeth (Brown) Seat. Mary married Ammon “Mac” Teeter on Dec. 27, 1951 in Mangum, Okla. She was a waitress and farm wife.

Preceded in death by her husband, A.M. Mac Teeter, daughters: Victoria Allen, Anita “Kay” Barnett, two infant daughters, Virginia Teeter and Sherrie Teeter, and sisters: Maxine Seat and Eva Sisson.

Survivors include her daughter, Kristi Teeter of Grinnell, eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2019 at Gateway Fellowship Impact Center, Oakley.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Gateway Fellowship Impact Center. Burial will follow in the Grainfield Cemetery.
