Loretta Carol Welch, 79, of Osborne, passed away on Monday, Dec. 9, 2019, at the Kansas Heart Hospital in Wichita. &nbsp;Loretta was born on Sept. 2, 1940 in&nbsp;Dodge City to Myron and Laura (Camp) Welch. &nbsp;

Loretta graduated from high school and took some college classes. &nbsp;She met and married Dennis Webster and to this union, several children were born. &nbsp;Loretta was a homemaker.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dennis Webster in 2013.

Loretta is survived by her sons: Dale Webster of Spring Branch, Texas; Danny Webster of Blanco, Texas; daughters: Cindy King of Osborne; Sandy Cameron of Osborne; Carla Foth of Marble Falls, Texas; Julie Timmons of Johnson City, Texas; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; brother: Richard Long of Dodge City, Texas; sister: Donna Mead of Buffalo, Okla.
