Phillipsburg resident Cynthia (Cindy) Kelley passed away Dec. 7, 2019 at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville at the age of 67. She was born Dec. 14, 1951 in Hays, the daughter of Gerald & Donna (Lively) Gano. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband James of the home in Phillipsburg; her son, Jason of Hays; her daughter, Donna of Phillipsburg; her father, Gerald Gano of Hill City and two sisters; Barbara Alexander of Russell and Brenda Johnson of Bird City.
Funeral services will be held Wed. Dec. 11 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Assembly of God Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Dennis Haarer officiating. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Hill City Cemetery, Hill City.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 Monday & 9:00 to 9:00 Tuesday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 Tuesday evening.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
