Former Phillipsburg resident Debra K. Rohrbough passed away Nov. 20, 2019, at her home in Holcomb, KS at the age of 61. She was born July 5, 1958, in Norton, the daughter of Dean & Elsie (Merklein) Post.
Survivors include her sisters; Linda Jeffres of Pine Bluff, WY and Cynthia Post of St. Pete Beach, FL.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 25th, at 11:00 a.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Lee Bennight officiating. Burial will follow in the Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Stuttgart.
Visitation will be from 12:00 to 9:00 Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hays Humane Society.
