The eastbound lanes of 22nd Street, from Vine Street to General Hays Road in Hays will be closed on Thursday, November 21 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., to allow Midwest Energy crews to change out a pole at the VFW.
This closure only affects eastbound traffic coming off of Vine Street; westbound traffic, as well as the left turn lane from 22nd Street to Vine, will remain open.
Please watch out for utility crews in this area during these times.
