Smith Center resident Margaret Nix passed away Jan. 21, 2022, at the
 Smith County Hospital in Smith Center at the age of 66.&nbsp; She was born 
August 4, 1955, the daughter of E.B. &amp; Annie (Simmons) Smith.

Survivors include her son Nicholas of Smith Center, her daughter, 
LaDonna Stice of Stockton; her brother E.B. Smith, Jr; her sisters, Pam 
Rogers, Patsy Turner &amp; Nelda Massey; 9 grandchildren &amp; 1 great 
grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 2:00 p.m. in the 
Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Jay Brandon 
officiating.&nbsp; The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve 
Memorial Chapel Facebook page.&nbsp; Burial will follow in the West Cedar 
Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Margaret Nix Memorial Fund.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Visitation will be from 9:00 to 9:00 Monday at the funeral home.
