The last weekend of Aug. was busy one in downtown Hays.

 The Hays Arts Council's Fall Art Walk kicked off events, followed by the 20th-anniversary celebration of the Downtown Hays Development Corporation including Kids Fest and a street dance. 

And Saturday was just as busy with Brews on the Bricks, an outdoor performance in the downtown pavilion by the Hays Symphony Orchestra and Rockalooa in Municipal Park taking place.
