SHERMAN COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 5p.m. Thursday in Sherman County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Kenworth semi driven by William Anthony Beechem, 58, Rugby, North Dakota, was westbound on Interstate 70 thirteen miles east of Goodland. The semi traveled off the roadway into the ditch. The driver overcorrected and the semi rolled onto its top.
EMS transported Beechem to the hospital in Goodland. The KHP did not have seat belt usage details.
