Edith Elaine (Eisenhour) Littler, age 84 of McCracken, Kansas passed away Monday, September 7, 2026 at Locust Grove Village in La Crosse. She was born May 12, 1942 in Ransom, Kansas to Glenn and Icis (McKenzie) Eisenhour.
Elaine graduated from McCracken High School in 1960. Soon after she married Frank Littler on October 14, 1961 at the McCracken Methodist Church. Together Elaine and Frank made a life centered around their family farm. In addition to being a homemaker and farming Elaine also worked jobs at Mam’Zelles Ladies Apparel in Hays and the Ellis County ASCS office. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing and cooking for her family as well as traveling with Frank. She was also an active member of the McCracken Methodist Church and a member of Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, Frank of the home; a son, Scott Littler and wife Amber and their children, James and Jacqueline of McCracken; a daughter, Brenda Rosenlund and husband Carl of La Crosse and their children, Stacey Steinert, Kristi (Seth) Packard, Cody Prosser, Cecilia Rosenlund and Charlene Rosenlund; a brother, Dwight D. Eisenhour of Cimmaron, Kansas; a sister, Janice North and husband Arlyn of McCracken; a sister-in-law, Joyce Eisenhour of Salina; and six great grandchildren, Brennen, Tyron, T.J., Ella, Jarrett and Tyson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Larry Eisenhour and a sister-in-law, Sharilyn Eisenhour.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, September 12, 2026 at the McCracken Methodist Church 301 1st Street in McCracken. Inurnment will follow in the McCracken Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Keithley Funeral Homes-La Crosse Chapel 611 Peace Street in La Crosse. Saturday visitation will begin at 10:00 AM at the church until service time.
