OMAHA - Dylan Dreiling went 1-for-2 with two walks and a run scored as Tennessee improved to 2-0 at the Men's College World Series with a 6-1 victory over North Carolina Sunday evening at Charles Schwab Field.
Dreiling, who was the Kansas 5A Player of the year at Hays High in 2022, is now 5-for-8 in the Volunteers first two games of the MCWS.
Tennessee hit two home runs Sunday and is one win away from advancing to the best-of-three championship series. They don’t play again until Wednesday.

Florida State defeated Virginia 7-3 in the first elimination game Sunday. Florida plays NC State in an elimination game Monday afternoon. Kentucky and Texas A&M face off in the winners bracket Monday night.
