MILFORD LAKE, Kan. - The Hays High boys and girls cross country teams travelled to Milford Lake Saturday to compete in the Junction City Invitational. Both teams placed seventh.

The lone medalists was freshman Alexa Cooley who finished 17th (22:28.0). Bladyn Werth led the boys with a 22nd place finish (19:00.0).
