Update: There are no power outages in Hays as of 1:45 p.m.&nbsp;

Update: About 263 people are listed without power in Hays as of 12:30 p.m. today, according to Midwest Energy.

An additional 400 are listed as out of power in the southern portion of the Midwest Energy coverage area between Hays and Hutchinson.

A power line has been reported on the ground at Eighth and Vine in Hays as of 11:59 a.m. today.

Police are in the area directing traffic.
