Libuse N. “Libby” Serpan, 88, La Crosse, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Rush County Memorial Hospital Intermediate Swing Bed.
Libby was born January 22, 1933, in the Czechoslovakian Republic. She was a resident of Rush County, Kansas, since 1969. She was a homemaker.
On December 30, 1969, she married Erwin O. Serpan at Pawnee County, Kansas. He preceded her in death July 12, 2017.
Survivors include: one nephew, Steven Serpan, Timken, Kansas; and three nieces, Debra Duntz, Raymond, Kansas, Kay Winford, Lyons, Kansas, and Dona Strubhar, Lyons, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband; brother and sister in law, Milton and Wilma Serpan; and one niece, Carol Grothe.
The family has chosen cremation. A private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to the Bohemian National Cemetery, Timken, Kansas.
