Today, the Ellis County Administrative Building will be closed. This will include the Treasury,&nbsp;Register of Deeds, Clerk, Appraiser, and Human Resources Departments.&nbsp;

All other services for Ellis&nbsp;County will remain open as scheduled.

This is due to the installation of an emergency generator being hard-wired into the county facility. This&nbsp;installation will require electricity to be off at the building for a significant part of the day.

The administrative center will open back for normal hours on Thursday.
