Phillipsburg resident Tommy Ray Hadley passed away Tuesday, April 
6, 2021, at the University of Kansas Medical Center at the age of 71.&nbsp; He
 was born Sept. 12, 1949, in Hays, the son of Leland &amp; Lucille 
(Anglin) Hadley.

Survivors include his wife Mildred of the home; his son Lee; his 
son/nephew Travis Stites; his daughter Robbie Asher all of Phillipsburg;
 2 sisters: Sherry Stites of McPherson &amp; Kathy Dechant of Marion, IA
 &amp; 6 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 12, at 10:00 a.m. in the 
Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stuttgart, with Pastor Lee 
Bennight officiating.&nbsp; The service will be streamed live on the 
Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page.&nbsp; Burial will follow in the 
Pleasant View Cemetery, Palco.

Visitation will be from noon to 9:00 Sat. &amp; Sun. at the 
Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel with the family receiving friends from 3:00
 to 5:00 Sunday.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital or the Phillipsburg Rodeo Association.
