LOGAN — The Hansen Museum invites artists of all skill levels to participate in Mixed Media Painting Classes with the talented Sandy Seamone on February 15 and 16.
These beginner-friendly classes provide a unique opportunity to explore mixed media techniques in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Participants will develop foundational mixed media skills, including layering and color mixing, while experimenting with various materials and tools.
With step-by-step guidance from Seamone, attendees will enjoy an engaging and educational experience. Techniques learned can be applied across various artistic styles, fostering continued growth beyond the class.

On Saturday, February 15, students will paint “Old Barn and Silo”, followed by “Cardinal on a Dogwood Tree” on Sunday, February 16. No prior painting experience is required—Sandy’s encouraging and relaxed teaching style ensures a welcoming atmosphere where all creatives can learn and thrive.
Classes will be held at the Hansen Museum Community Room, 110 W. Main Street, Logan.
The cost is $75 per day, with discounts available for qualifying museum members. Students must bring their own supplies.
