- In the bar area, there was a container of Hornitos Reposado Teququla that had a flying insect present inside with the liquor.
- In the produce walk-in cooler, there was an open container of raw bacon that was being stored on a wire rack directly above 20 lbs of covered butter. No evidence of leaking was observed.
- In the produce walk-in cooler, there was an opened container of milk and a container of cream cheese with no dates of when they were opened.
- In the produce walk-in cooler, there were two pans of BBQ Baked Beans with a date of 8-18-20.
- In the dry storage area, there were 6 plastic food grade containers that had imperfections present along the base, top, and bottom of the containers.
- In the banquet area, there was a spray bottle with a pinkish liquid with no labeling present.
