HaysMed is proud to announce the relocation of its specialty clinic in Great Bend to a new, convenient location. The clinic, now known as the HaysMed Multispecialty Clinic in Great Bend, continues its mission of providing advanced specialty care close to home for Great Bend, Barton County, and surrounding communities.
Effective January 8, 2026, the clinic will operate under its new name and at its new address: 3800 10th Street, Great Bend, KS 67530, located directly across the street from its previous building. Patients can continue to reach the clinic at the same phone number, 620-796-2135, and enjoy the same exceptional care they have come to trust.
The HaysMed Multispecialty Clinic offers comprehensive services in Urology, Cardiology, and Pulmonology, delivered by a team of highly skilled specialists. Cardiology care is provided by Travis Haneke, MD, Mohammed Janif, MD and Megan Homolka, APRN. Pulmonology services are led by Lesa Klozenbucher, APRN, and Urology care is offered by Srinivas Samavedi, MD and Ed Habash, PA.
