Lydia Juanita Grinstead, 82, died on Friday, February 4, 2021, at Greeley County Hospital in Tribune. She was born on April 10, 1939, at Coolidge the daughter of James Chalmer & Lydia Harriet (Jones) Fearno. She married Billy Joe Grinstead on January 26, 1958, at Coolidge.

Juanita graduated from Coolidge High School with the Class of 1957. She worked at the Syracuse Livestock Commission Company for over 30 years, mainly as the Office Manager. She loved to crochet, sew and especially travel on the back of their Honda Goldwing motorcycle. Her special time was the family reunions. She was a member of the Syracuse United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her Husband- Billy Joe Grinstead, her 3 Children- Judy Lemons of Mounds, Oklahoma, Jerry & Sheri Grinstead of Hutchinson and Janell & Lance Webster of Scott City, Brother- Alan Fearno of Jacksonville, Illinois, 3 Sisters- Betty Edmisson of Liberal, Patricia Nelson of Emporia and Elaine Reid of Wichita, Grandchildren- Jessica & Ben Kostroske of Tonganoxie, Jacob Grinstead of Russell, Lydia & Matt Riley of Great Bend, Hayden Webster of Colby and Sarah Roy of Ava, Missouri, Great-Grandchildren- Azi & Toby Riley and Rylee Kostroske and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Son- William Neil Grinstead, Brother- Joe Fearno and Son-In-Law- Rick Lemons.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM MST at United Methodist Church in Syracuse with Rev Ardeen Webster officiating. Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM MST time Wednesday with family present from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Garnand Funeral Home in Lakin.
