Janice D. Carlton, 93, died Sunday, March 31, 2024, at Kearny County Hospital in Lakin, Kansas. She was born October 20, 1930, in Lakin, Kansas the daughter of Robert &amp; Audrey Bemis Williams. She married B.D (Dink) Carlton on February 19, 1950, in Lakin, Kansas. He died July 5, 2021She is survived by many nieces &amp; nephews, special couple- Tom &amp; Rebekah Chappel. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Betty Horn, a brother, Robert Dean Williams and a nephew, Robert Patrick William.

A Private family service will take place at a later date. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to Kearny County Library in care of Garnand Funeral Home.&nbsp;&nbsp;
