WICHITA – The TMP-Marian girls had four individuals place in five events and the boys had two individuals place in three events at the state track and field meet in Wichita on Friday.

TMP’s Jace Wentling won the individual title in the boys long jump (23’5.5”) and finished third in the boys triple jump (43’0.75”)
Jeff Heimann brought home a silver medal in the boys pole vault (13’6”).
Ian Chiu finished 10th and Kade Harris was 13th in the boys long jump.
The TMP boys placed seventh with 24 team points.
Abby Rueschhoff medaled in a pair of events for the Lady Monarchs.
She finished fifth in the triple jump (34’10.5”) and sixth in the long jump (16’1.25”).
Kassidi Yost was fourth (5’00”) and Makinsey Schlautman fifth (5’00”) in the girls high jump.
Emilee Lane also medaled for TMP with an eighth place finished in the 800 meters (2:27.95).
Sasha Wasinger was 10th (34’1.5”) in the girls shot put.
The TMP girls finished 14th with 17 team points.
