SHERMAN COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 8:30a.m. Saturday in Sherman County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Honda Odyssey driven by Scott B. Fulton, 61, Merriam, was westbound on Interstate 70 at the Sherman County Road 11 junction passing a semi.
The Honda traveled left of center, entered the median, began to spin, vaulted between the bridges and landed on Sherman Co Road 11.
EMS transported Fulton and a passenger Peggy Fulton, 60, Merriam, to the hospital in Goodland. Peggy Fulton was not wearing a set belt, according to the KHP.
