Jerome Arthur Anderson

Jerome Arthur Anderson was born on May 12, 1947 to Leo and Olga (Olienyk) Anderson in Dickinson, ND.  He grew up and graduated from high school in Sidney, Mt.  After high school he attended Montana State University in Bozeman, Mt. where,  in 1969, he received his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a year later, his Master's degree in Civil Engineering.  He worked on flood control in Los Angeles for a time, and then decided to get into the petroleum business.  He worked for several different oil companies, and ultimately, his own company, Petro-America, LLC., all the while deciding to settle in the Denver area where he could enjoy his passion for hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities, especially at his favorite mountain cabin retreat.  

In 1989 he married the love of his life, Cheryl Ann Roach.  From their home in Highlands Ranch, Co., they enjoyed many outings to their cabin, as well as numerous vacation travels all around the country.

He passed away on Dec. 1, 2021 at Litteton Adventist Hospital, in Littleton, Co., following a heart attack, at the age of 74.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo & Olga, and a brother, David.  He is survived by his wife Cheryle in Highlands Ranch, a half-sister, Mary Rabenberg in Mobridge, SD., a brother, Roger in Billings, MT, a brother, Ken in Missoula, MT, a sister-in-law, Carol Anderson in Grand Rapids, MN., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
