Berneta Marie Bell, 95, died September 30, 2021. She was born August 24, 1926 to Wallace and Lena (Kaufman) Kerbaugh in Rural Graham County. She married Duane K. Bell in 1946. 

She was Register of Deeds for Graham County for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane; daughter Nelda Ayers; brothers: Wayne and Rex Kerbaugh; sister Jean Nickelson; and a granddaughter Nikki Schmeidler. 

She is survived by her sons: Robert (Adrenne) Bell, Hill City, Ron (Brenda) Bell, Lawrence, Richard (Leslie) Bell, Hill City, Gaylen (Susie) Bell, Bogue; her daughters: Juanita Richey, Hill City, and Becky (Charles Hoss, Lenexa; 12 grandchildren; a sister Leona Bell, Morland.
