Norman Joseph Werth, 61, Hays, met his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, November 30, 2020, at Celebration Community Church. There will be a luncheon after the service followed by a private family burial.
