A check for over $20,000 was presented to Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas from the Dancing Together for DSNWK event held on Sunday, March 1 at Beach Schmidt Performing Arts Center in Hays.
All the dancers from Styles Dance Centre, along with Styles owner, Alyssa Dechant, presented the check on Monday, April 27.
Styles Dance Centre has hosted the event for several years. This year's performance included 50 DSNWK participants and a large raffle with a variety of donated prizes.

"It's a really great way for my kids to work with individuals with disabilities and bring them together into the studio, Dechant said." "It's created such a community for my dancers that they may not have ever been introduced to if it weren't for this show.”
