Because of the impending heavy snow storm in Colorado, Queen City Jazz will not be coming to perform at Colby High School on Sunday. Between 1 and 3 feet of blowing snow is expected throughout this weekend for much of the Denver region where the band resides. Presently, mostly heavy rain, possibly changing to ice and snow, is forecasted for northwest Kansas.

The Queen City Jazz Band plans to perform for Western Plains Arts Association on Sunday, May 2, instead.
