On behalf of the Board of Directors of United Way of Ellis County, I would like to announce that executive director, Erica Berges, will be stepping down from her position, with her last day being June 6.
Berges has been a vital part of United Way of Ellis County, leading the organization with dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals and families in our community.
During her tenure, she played a key role in advancing our mission, strengthening partnerships, and expanding outreach and services.
The board of directors is actively developing a transition plan to ensure continued stability and forward momentum for the organization during this period of change.
