
RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations.
Just before 3p.m. Sunday, officers filed a report for violating a protection order and stalking in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report. A 26-year-old woman was listed as the victim.
Just after 4p.m. , police arrested Alfred Walls, 29, of Ellis, in Manhattan. Walls is being held on a $6,000 bond on requested charges of violating a protection order and stalking. Walls has two previous drug related convictions, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
