The Hays City Commission will conduct a retreat meeting Saturday, Feb.20, at BriefSpace, 219 W. 10th, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Also attending the retreat will be Toby Dougherty, city manager, Collin Bielser, assistant city manager, John Bird, city attorney, and Todd Powell, assistant city attorney.

There is no formal agenda for the meeting.&nbsp;
