In a special election on Tuesday, voters in Norton County approved a 1% sales tax to benefit health care.
The ballot question passed with 547 votes for and 215 votes against the sales tax question.
Norton County Hospital and Clinics will receive 75% of the sales tax revenue, and Norton County EMS services will receive 25%.
