Kaiden Christopher Reed, 27, passed away February 28, 2023, at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned.

He was born July 31, 1995, in La Crosse, the son of Travis K. and 
Vanessa M. Torrez Reed.&nbsp; A lifetime area resident, he was a security 
officer at Larned State Hospital. Kaiden enjoyed video games and 
playing the card game Magic.

Survivors include: parents, Travis and Vanessa Reed, Larned; 
girlfriend, Cheryl Ryan, Larned; children, Adaline and Dylan Reed, both 
of the home; two brothers, Emilio Sheets, Larned and Reid Sheets, 
Hutchinson; grandma, Janis Reed, Dighton; grandpa, Don Torrez, Larned;&nbsp; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, at Beckwith 
Mortuary, Larned, with Pastor Jarred Smith presiding.&nbsp; Visitation will 
be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Beckwith Mortuary, 
with family present from 7p.m. to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Larned 
Cemetery, Larned.

Memorials may be given to the Kaiden Reed Memorial Fund in care of 
Beckwith Mortuary, Box 477 Larned, KS 67550.&nbsp; Condolences may be left at
