Mary Ann Krebs, age 78, passed away at her home on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Tribune, Kansas. She was born on March 12, 1947, in Tribune, Kansas, to Raymond and Goldie Jones Kuder. Mary Ann spent most of her life in Tribune with brief visits to Seattle, Washington, Lamar, Colorado, Great Bend, Kansas, Hoisington, Kansas, and Syracuse, Kansas. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, the International Association of Rebekahs, and the Syracuse Senior Center Board. She loved to play bingo, go to the casino, socialize, and play cards at the Tribune Senior Center.
Mary Ann married Richard Martin in 1970 to which three daughters were born. They later divorced.
Mary Ann married Wayne Krebs on November 29, 1996, at a ceremony in Tribune, Kansas. He passed away on August 4, 2002.
Survivors include her daughters, Connie & David Douglas of Eskridge, Kansas, Dorsey & Dustyn Smith of Tribune, Kansas, Kera & Brian Weis of Syracuse, Kansas, her grandchildren, Denton & Sheena Douglas of Tecumseh, Kansas, Domanic and Anakyn Weis of Syracuse, Kansas, Clay, Caden and Kenli Smith of Tribune, Kansas, one great-grandson, Bentley Douglas of Tecumseh, Kansas, one sister, Irene Rice of Cordova, Tennessee, and her partner, Jimmie Hill, of Syracuse, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond & Goldie, her husband, Wayne, and two sisters, Kathryn, and Carolyn.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Price and Sons Funeral Home, 322 2nd St., Tribune, Kansas, at 10:30 a.m. (Mountain) with pastor Ray Frank presiding. Inurnment will follow at the Greeley County cemetery in Tribune, Kansas.
