SALINA —Police are investigating a domestic violence incident and have made an arrest.
Just before 3:30a.m. Monday, 41-year-old Joseph Steven Harlow of Hays was booked into the Saline County Jail, according to online booking records.
Harlow is being held on requested charges of Domestic Battery: rude physical contact. Police released no additional details early Monday.
