The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Wednesday reported a cluster of COVID-19 cases at a northwest Kansas nursing home.
KDHE reported there have been 34 cases of coronavirus identified in the last 14 days at Smith County Health and Rehabilitation in Smith Center.
Of the 170 active clusters identified by KDHE, it is the only one located in northwest Kansas. KDHE updates its COVID cluster report each Wednesday.
