David Ray Beckner, age 71, of Kanorado passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021, at St. Luke’s Hospice House in Kansas City, MO.
David was born September 2, 1949, to Ray and Goldie (Chaney) Beckner in Goodland. He grew up and went to school in Goodland. On April 1, 1994, he married Georgia Cecil. David worked construction for many years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Georgia; parents, grandparents; brother, Dewey; and sister, Velma.
David is survived by his stepson, Jeff Harris of Kanorado, KS; stepdaughter, Sheri Jackson (Gerald Champine) of Kanorado, KS; brother, Jerry (Gwen) Beckner; sister, Virginia Balintine; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; great-niece, Santana Barnett and many more family and friends.
