Roseann M. Billinger, age 77, of Hays, Kansas passed away Friday, June 20, 2025 at Hays Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, June 27, 2025 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ellis. Memorial visitation will be Thursday 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM with a combined parish vigil and rosary service at 7:00 PM all at Keithley Funeral Homes and Crematory-Brock's Chapel 2509 Vine Hays, KS 67601.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date and may be made payable to Melissa Parson.
