INDIANAPOLIS – The brackets are set for the first-ever NCAA Women's Wrestling Championship, which will take place Friday and Saturday (Mar. 6-7) in Coralville, Iowa. Fort Hays State will have four competitors in the event, including Leiannah Landreth (117), Nichole Moore (145), Alexis Burton (160), and Isabella Renfro (180).

Both Landreth and Renfro are seeded in their respective classes. Landreth is the No. 8 seed in the 117 bracket, while Renfro is the No. 3 seed in the 180 bracket. Landreth will take on the winner of one of the two opening round bouts at 117, while Renfro is set to wrestle Isabella Gretzinger of Presbyterian in her first match.

Moore and Burton will take on seeded wrestlers in their first matches of the championship. Moore will take on No. 1 seed Reese Larramendy of Iowa in the 145 bracket, while Burton will take on No. 3 seed Tiffani Baublitz of East Stroudsburg in the 160 bracket.

Renfro (So.) and Moore (Gr.) are competing on the national stage for FHSU a second-straight year. Moore is a five-time national qualifier in her collegiate career overall. Both qualified for the NCWWC Championships last year and both finished just one win shy of placement matches. Landreth (Fr.) and Burton (So.) are making their first appearance in a national championship event for the Tigers.

Live streaming coverage of the event will be on ESPN+, while live results will be available through FloWrestling.
